Very accommodating to our schedule in allowing us to drop our boys off before you regularly open for business. Greatly appreciated. Also, our boys are always delivered back to us in a very clean condition.

I am so thankful for Oscar & Kim and Dogtopia ABQ, prior to them opening up this facility on the Westside I took Lyric to PetSmart Hotel. Unfortunately Lyric being a Pitt was not allowed to intermingle with the other dogs because of her breed. Which was truly a shame. When I heard of Dogtopia I took Lyric for a visit and was so glad to hear they first do an introductory meeting with her to determine her disposition, YAY!! They accepted her and told me what a sweetie she is. Well..... I have take Lyric numerous times not only for day care but also several nights of boarding and she loves it! It’s interesting because she knows when we get in the car we are headed to Dogtopia. I truly believe she knows and the best part for me, because Lyric was abused by her former owners and is a rescue she is timid around men but not the Dogtopia staff, she loves them.

I love the fact there is a webcam because I can peek in on her and see how she is doing. I love the interaction with the other dogs and ai especially love the staff. They are very caring and loving individuals and I can tell not only from my own interaction with them but the interaction I see with Lyric and the other dogs they truly care about their work and the do everything possible to ensure Lyric’s safety and the safety of the other dogs.

They all are very conscientious about the cleanliness of the rooms as well as the entire facility (BTW It always smells fresh).

Oscar and Kim take pride in their business and they acknowledge not Lyric but me as well! I love the conversations we have with one another because it truly shows the care, love and passion they have for providing the best quality care for my Lyric.

These guys are awesome. Oscar and Kim are very professional and friendly and the entire staff reflect their leadership. Our dog Teddy normally loathes us dropping him off or leaving him anywhere, but this is the one place he pulls hard to get into instead of out of!. And after a good day of dog play he comes home tired and ready for a nap. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Great people, clean facility, & amazing operation! Kim and Oscar are very personal and greet us with a smile every time we bring our little buddy.

I feel good leaving Luna at Dogtopia. They have a live video feed so I can check in on her from time to time, except during lunch and naptime. It's indoors, so she's not out in the hot sun, there's always someone in the playroom monitoring their play, the playroom is cleaned constantly, and fresh water is always available. There's designated parking for dropping off your dog, they even wipe down your dog after play, before bringing them out to you at pickup time, which blew me away! Luna always smells better when I pick her up than she did when I dropped her off (unless it's a spa day, she always smells amazing after her bath!). The location is much more convenient for us than any other doggie day cares we have tried. Oscar and Kim have done a wonderful job making Dogtopia a safe and fun place for my Luna.

Owners and most staff are wonderful. Appreciate monitoring of dog behaviors and availability of nail trims, baths, and boarding.

I loved all the information we got about the place. I was also impressed at all the questions they asked about our dog Bella The place was so clean and the spa area looked like a human spa place rather than a dog spa. They were truly organized and had all the dogs belongings and food perfectly organized. They also provide great treats, which my puppy loves. Bella was there for the first time this Monday and she will be back this Thursday. I love my dog very much and wanted her to be safe and happy all day and she was. I love Dogtopia and would highly recommend it to anyone.

You make it fun for our dog and we are comfortable knowing she is being loved and cared for while there! Thank you!

I used Dogtopia once for boarding our Labradoodle back in 2014, they were incredible, I took Jake back to them this week for his last bath, I used their Self Dog Wash Room, Jake is terminal and we just wanted him clean before we have him enter Doggy Heaven. Facilities are fantastic and Jake is clean. I went to the counter to pay and they said it was on them, they actually remembered him and they said thank you for allowing them to see him. 5 Stars for Dogtopia.
