Active older adults!
The coaching staff remembers the children's names from season to season. We walked up to the table the first day of soccer and Katie came up to my daughter , gave her a hug and called her by name and asked how she was doing . That brought a smile to my daughter's face. I look forward to each season. Even in the winter my daughter when will she get to play soccer and t ball . It makes me sad that this will be her last year due to her aging out.

Silver Sneakers AOA exercise classes
There is a diversity of programs and activities for all ages. There is also varied exercise equipment for all levels of exercise.
I just started coming last week (first time), and I love the classes. All of the instructors have great energy and enthusiasm. Getting back into an exercise routine felt great!

Everything runs smoothly and the staff is friendly. For me I wish they could do something to elevate the congestion of getting our chairs and equipment out of the small closet. We stand in line and we have a large group (silver sneakers). I really appreciate that everything is not complicated and we can come and go without any trouble. We are right there at the front desk when we enter so they know we are on the premisses.
I like the 6 am classes where I can start off my day feeling relaxed and energized.
