Great for all ages!
Group Exercise is my favorite!!! Getting and staying fit is fun and enjoyable when performed by great leaders with a group of supportive friends.

Love the classes in the warm water pool. AND chair yoga.
The programs are okay. They need more diversity like the Roanoke one. I'm a Roanoke vet lol so I loved the Body step class offered in the mornings and they dont offer it in the mornings on weekdays. That's a bummer.
The programs are affordable and the staff is great.
I really liked the "back" class Dutchie had last year, but was not able to attend this year because there is not enough room for all the need. So many of us...

Great instructors and the class schedule offers variety at all times of the day and week which works well with my work and personal life schedule. The facility is always SO clean and the staff is extremely friendly.

Love Body Pump and RPM. The times are great for me since they are after 5 pm.
Love Janni, Melissa, Carole, and Susan - they are great instructors and motivators!
The variety of programs offered for Aerobics, Stretch classes, yoga, cycling. If you are a walker, there is a walking track. Machines to workout, etc. The most important is the friendly smiles of the staff, and the new friends you meet.
