Excellent instructors with positive energy. Pleasant atmosphere to develop friendships and community while focusing on personal wellbeing. Learning new ways to exercise body, mind and spirit by becoming interested in new ideas. Being around good people! 😊

What do you like about our programs and activities?

I would like to see a mid-morning bike class. 9 or 10am. and none of the fusion stuff. I like bike classes and if I wanted additional activity, I'd go to another class. I went to a fusion class and bike was about 20 minutes which is not long enough to bother coming over to the Y.

I need the pool for my knee/ leg workout. Can't do many impact exercises or machines.
I would like more public lanes open during swim team practices.
And I would like for rude Roanoke College boys to not make whale noises when I walk into the pool area.
