Enjoy playing pickleball with my friends, lifting weights in the fitness center, and just socializing with both staff and other participants at the Y.

What do you like about our programs and activities?

Salem branch has a wide variety of class offerings at good times for working adults. The facility is always clean and does not smell , like some other YMCA .

I love the variety of classes available, and the fact that I can actually attend them since you have childcare. I also love the sauna.

The instructor who teaches somatic yoga (I think her name is Beth?) was amazing when I took her class, but most of her other classes are at night. I'm hoping she'll be hired to teach morning classes at some point.

The staff is friendly and amazing, and everyone always has a positive attitude!

I like how friendly the staff is! I like how clean the building is kept! I like the equipment that is available for use. Dont change a thing!

Numerous activities to participate in and it is convenient since I live in Salem and I am able to make classes quickly.
