We mostly use the pool. My kids have done a few rounds of swim lessons and just love to swim in the family pool.

Love the availability of program and variety in program type. Mr. Stephen is amazing and a wonderful fit as the leader of the afterschool programs. Our whole family has benefited from the YMCA and we are loving how it is helping us to get to know others in the community as well!

When I come to the Y, if weather permits, I always jog a couple of miles, then work out in the Wellness Center for 30-40 minutes. This workout helps my physical fitness and also my mental health. Without my routine workout, my stress level, mood, and alertness all suffer. Equally important are the friendships that I have made at the Y over the past 50+ years. I became close to some staff personnel and a number of the members, some of whom, sadly, we have lost - but I will always remember them. The pandemic interrupted getting together with many of these friends, but I am hopeful that I will be able to meet with them again soon before, during, or after my visits to the Y.
