I do not engage in the programs or activities. I like that there is an area for people to bring their kids while they workout. That should never go away.
Class offerings, indoor track, diversity of people
The staff keeps the children engaged with various activities, and creates a fun environment. Coach and the entire staff do an excellent job with managing the kids. In fact, my daughter is sad when I pick her up early. :-)
Added more weekly morning classes for body balance and yoga, making these available for new members, breaking the legacy grip of the ladies monopolizing the 8 * 9 o'clock classes. Thank you! Interested assortment of special monthly classes like the 45 min express early AM workout and the fabulous 6 week outdoor boot camp.

There are different exercise classes that have become popular and classes with levels of ability. And there are other classes of interest, too.
Flexibility; great staff
I like the group workout classes, especially body pump. I would LOVE to have a body balance or yoga class added on Tuesday and Thursday at noon!

Sarah's chair aerobics class is very good. Her engaging and caring personality are as good as the workout. Don at the front desk is always cheerful and helpful to people coming in . I also really enjoy water aerobics when I can get there . Going to the Y, starts my day in a very positive mood.
Community, inclusiveness, open to people of all levels of fitness.
I feel better than I have in years. I don't need medicine for high blood pressure anymore.
And every YMCA should have a hot tub.
