Mathnasium has played a very substantial role in boosting my child's confidence in math. The teachers are friendly and engaging. The manager is professional and accommodating. The prices for one-to-one sessions is reasonable and scheduling is always flexible.

It was difficult for us to find an in-person tutor who could assist our son during these difficult semesters of on-line teaching and learning. Our school district only offered limited virtual tutoring and the instructors weren't always consistent in their areas of strength. My son, Matteo, is taking an AP Calculus course that any student would struggle with in normal school conditions, let alone within the limitations of classroom zooms. Janice matched our son up with a tutor for their first session. She immediately asked both he/ I for our feedback and realized that we needed to find someone with more honed-in Calculus skills. Within a few days, Janice was able to secure Troy, an effective instructor and mathematician and connect him with Matteo. They have now been working and learning together for nearly two months, having multiple sessions a week. Matteo is comprehending the material much better and is slowly solidifying his skills and raising his grade back up.

We've been pleasantly surprised that our daughter is usually quite happy and eager to attend mathnasium and now says that math is her favorite subject. She appreciates being able to see other kids in-person, especially during the quarantine, and is learning new math concepts that might be more challenging to learn during math class online.

Nothing beats one on one and it is sad right now as it is so hard for everyone to manage in life and business. Mathnasium working to reopen in a limited way is allowing one on one once again. My daughter has been attending for several years. I did not hesitate to bring her back and the team is doing their best for everyone's safety. Helping our Children continue to learn at a fast pace while helping local business as best and as safely as we all can is the best thing any of us can do through this pandemic. Life needs to be controlled not stopped. The problem we all face is changing how Americans respond. This is harder to do than quantum physics. For the people who respond and mange through the pandemic they are the ones to keep all of us moving ahead. Mathnasium sees this and is doing what they can to allow life to return to a new normal for now at Mathnasium.

My daughter enjoys the one-on-one instruction that she receives and says that she likes not having to wait a long time to get assistance when she needs it. She also likes that she doesn’t have booklets and booklets of homework in between classes, so math doesn’t become tedious work and ends up She looking forward to her classes. As a parent, I like the ease of communication with the center staff through text messages. I also like getting a monthly report of her progress towards her goal.

Team is excellent and very helpful. Even during these unusual times, Peyton has been able to learn and enjoys her online sessions.

My son struggled with math, until he started attending Mathnasium. He developed the confidence and skills necessary to turn a rather dismal C to straight A’s. Having someone going over his homework and showing him different methods for problem solving was a game changer. The one on one tutoring time was extremely beneficial before an exam/test as the concentration was all about him and properly preparation. The people that work there are patient, thoughtful, and kind. They are genuinely concerned about every kid that is under their tutelage. Highly recommend indeed.
