Fantastic program! Great staff!

This program has been wonderful for my daughter. She is in Grade 3 and was in need of some extra help due to the Multiple school closure over the last two years because of Covid. She has already made significant progress in getting back on track with her math skills.

My son was very apprehensive at first, thinking he was bad at math and was self conscious. He was lacking in self confidence to say the least. After his first appointment his anxiety was gone and his confidence had slightly returned. Today, his confidence has fully returned, he loves how he’s being taught and treated and he talks about how great it is. He’s even referred a friend of his from his school who he knew was struggling and could use the help. Today they’re both doing really well and loving it!

London loves coming to Mathnasium. She has gone from a girl who loathed math to complaining about only being able to come 3 times per week.

Our 8 year old daughter is thriving in the program. Rick and his team are engaging and supportive. They have truly made math fun for her and her time spent at Mathnasium has helped with her anxiety around math. Zach was excellent, our daughter found that he was very good at explaining the items she was having difficulty with. I would not hesitate to recommend Mathnasium to anyone who has a child that is experiencing difficulty with math at any grade level.

Claire has gone from being unsure of her math abilities, and dreading the subject, to being very confident and always willing to approach new math concepts.

We had a very tough time with my daughter and could not get her to participate in the sessions. She attended one and we ended up paying for all 10. I only wish there could be some sort of refund.

The curriculum is fantastic. Unlike the school curriculum, the Mathnasium program develops a deep understanding of numbers. I battled with other tutoring services to discover later that they were only tutoring my child to get through the grade without filling the gaps that were missing. Mathnasium fills the gaps and builds up confidence by filling these missing pieces sequentially. The program allows for tutoring and independent work so children are not lead through their mastery but instead develop mastery independently. This is not a rote memorization program. The best way to describe it is a deep fundamental understanding of numbers. It has changed my child’s relationship with mathematics and I recommend it to everyone.
