I love the program but the cost and the initial fee are prohibitive. I recommend to many people, but they are unable to pay the high tuition.

We have been pleasantly surprised at the progress that our son has made with since starting with Mathnasium back in JUN2020. Mathnasium has taken the burden out of the parent child relationship in trying to keep their child engaged with mathematics during these trying times.

The other great thing about Mathnasium at the Duke Street location is Maria's outstanding communication and ease to coordinate our dynamic schedule. Every time we need to make a change she is happy to accommodate and gets back to us in a very timely fashion. Furthermore, the instructors at this facility are very knowledgeable and have a great ability to teach at the correct level for my son. Because of the Duke street team my son always looks forward to attending his daily in center sessions.

Good steady practice

Maria is fantastic and responsive, which we appreciate since we’re new to your program. We are not sure yet of the specific impact on our children’s grades or math abilities but I see that they are engaged and getting the one on one attention and explanation that can only help. Some days the instructors seem very busy we probably choose the most popular time! I would definitely recommend Mathnasium to anyone just to give the students more time practicing and getting rich direct feedback. The instructors have been very nice and good with the kids. Thank you!

I would like to schedule further out than two weeks if possible but it is working!

Mathnasium is awesome! Maria, the Center Director, is Amazing; she always has a positive attitude and is willing to answer questions. Mathnasium is not only for those who struggle with math, regardless of the age or skill level, anyone can benefit from the techniques they teach!

Everything has been going well so far. My son has only been attending for a little over a month. Not seeing the achievement I want, as of yet, but am feeling good about his experiences with Mathnasium. Good things in due time.

I highly recommend Mathnasium of Alexandria City. The staff give off amazing vibes, I just knew I wanted my son to remain at this center. If you are sitting on the fence with deciding if this program is right for your kids, just note that this learning program is both beneficial and excellent. My son is definitely thriving at Mathnasium.

The staff is very professional, patient, and friendly. Turors introduced and reinforced material while also providing several ways to learn the same material. My daughter spent a short time at the center but in the time that she attended she improved a whole grade level and increased her math test scores by more than 200 pts.

Having said that, she does complain at times the instructors do not have time to explain things to her that she does not understand. It would be helpful if there was more of a report with the instructors were the kids cold get help with the information they struggle with rather than referring the kids back to the worksheets. We end up looking things up at home and trying to explain them to her. I understood when I signed up that the instructors would be helping with areas of difficulty.
