My daughter absolutely LOVES going to swim lessons! She has been taking lessons for a year now and has made lots of progress!
The instructors really cared for my kids. The girls loved coming to swim every week seeing their teachers.
The front desk staff is friendly and helpful. The instructors relate well to the children in the class and are engaging during the lessons. The schedules are accommodating and flexible. The facility is clean, organized and appears to be well managed. The communication between teachers/staff is pleasant and positive.
The teachers are wonderful, we’ve especially enjoyed Miss Nevaeh, Mr. Aiden and Mr. Peyton. Jaime the manager is also wonderful!!!!
Our instructor (Alix) is very patient, engaging, and extremely friendly which has been a great start to our son’s swimming lessons. Our son has autism and ADHD so he can be a challenge to teach. He loves being in the water so learning to swim in deeper water is a necessary life skill for his safety. We appreciate Alix’s work and look forward to seeing our son grow in his skills.
My daughter has only attended her first session but, I like the smaller class sizes. I also feel like she will be able to improve and move through skill levels quickly.
Everyone was nice, great at explaining everything, nice and patient to the littles!
Cooperative and Friendly
My little guy was terribly afraid of water when we first started. We has tried swimming lessons previously at another company and it was horrible. When we came to Swimtastics, he was a little scared and sat on the side of the pool for the first couple sessions. The lifeguard started sitting with him and chatting and eventually he got in! Now he is very excited to go every week and does an outstanding job! We are very happy with his progress and Swimtastics! Thank you!
The instructors were so patient with my nervous swimmer. They convinced him to get into the water and he had the biggest smile by the end and can’t wait to go back.
