Smaller pool and more personal instruction with teachers that care
Miss Sara was wonderful with my 7 year old son! His previous teacher never had him try the skills without holding onto the teacher, so my son wouldn't try much on his own, was scared to try anything on his back without holding on for dear life, and didn't seem to be progressing. On his first day with Miss Sara, she had him swimming the front stroke and floating on his stomach and back with little to no assistance. He even tried the backstroke with her only using her fingertips! And to top off his wonderful first lesson, he got to go down the water slide at the end to celebrate! Love it! Thanks Miss Sara!

Everything! I love the teachers and the way they interact with the students. I also really like that they let the child struggle a bit before rescuing them so that they have to learn and adapt!
My son made great progress after only 3 classes, the teachers have been so patient with him, and it is obvious that they really know what they are doing! And he enjoyed it and is looking forward to going back again after our vacation!

We love Swimtastic! We're always greeted when we first come in the door, and the staff knows us by name (which always feels good). The instructors are very courteous and always give the parents an individual summary of how the lesson went. The instructors are all so good with the kids! They engage with them and help them build the confidence needed to try new activities. I really love how the staff does not force any child to do anything that they do not want to do. If a kiddo is having a bad day and doesn't want to go down the slide, for instance, they do not force them to. They talk to them about it and try to persuade them, but if the child is insistent, it's no big deal. A staff member will even walk the child out to their parents if swimming that day is not going to work. They really are a great group of people, and I can't imagine going anywhere else.

Great teachers and pool
It’s been absolutely fascinating to see how quick my daughter has learned to independently swim. We feel better around water and her safety, she is having the most fun and the staff is outstanding. We feel such regret that we didn’t start at Swimtastic sooner!
Even though my toddler screamed bloody murder the whole time, the staff and instructor, Ms. Lauren, were AMAZING!!!!! Gabi checked me in at the front desk and was so friendly and answered all of my questions. It was actually an awesome first experience despite my water terrified 1.5 year old 🤣
The low student/teacher ratio is fantastic! We love that there are a reasonable number of classes happening at the same time.
