Customer Testimonials
Excellent attitude and strive to work with the swimmer to help them understand how to improve there stroke
We had a great first class with Justin! My son really enjoyed the class and made improvements already. We are looking forward to continuing with SwimLabs.
They know their stuff! Getting video feedback has been amazing. It let me isolate one thing to work on and then actually see my progress real time.
I have also taken my kids to Swim Labs. They absolutely loved it. They made quick progress because of their style of teaching.
I wholeheartedly recommend Swim Labs.
My daughter loved her 1st day at Swim Labs! The instructor was great with her. And as a parent it was nice to be able to watch my daughter do her lesson on the video outside in the waiting area. The staff were very friendly and I appreciated that one of the staff members got to know my daughter and called her by name when we were leaving the school. I would highly recommend this place. Best swim school we’ve been to so far.
It was personalized. Kyle is amazing and the kids love to work with him. He explains everything.
A great experience for my grandson! Wonderful one on one swim lesson for an 18 month old. Gave me tips for when I swim with my grand baby. The water was a perfect temperature. He was shy at first but became comfortable quickly. Love the camera so family could watch and the mirror at the bottom of the pool and the turtle for him to see when he was floating on his back. Great thing to do with your grandchild!!❤️
Great coaches! Great customer service! Very nice facility.
Instructors are great! The kids love them. They are very easy to talk to and they help us understand what steps need to be accomplished to move to the next level. They are knowledgeable about swimming.
From the first time I went to Swim Labs I have had nothing but a great experience. Kyle and Andrea show great compassion and care for their clients. My son has Autism and has been taken care of by the staff knowing his limitations and abilities. One teacher in reference that I have noticed that my son does very well with is Reggie. I want to say thank you for all your help and care of my child while he is learning to swim.
My child loves her swim lesson and instructor. The instructor is patient and works closely to improve skills. I really like the small classes.
That my kid had fun and was sad to leave. The facility also is an amazing learning environment.
The video is super helpful
Ease of booking a time

They have treated by grandchildren very well and really let them know that they are valued and care about them.
Great staff, fun for the kids.
SwimLabs has a unique facility. Their smaller pools work well for lessons. My younger son (age 6) had taken lessons both group and private for years at locations around SL Valley. Even with years of lessons he still couldn’t pass the swim test of swimming 25 yards without stopping at our gym. If you pass the swim test you can use the big slides-no swim test no slide. After 3 weeks at SwimLabs he was swimming 25 yards without a problem. The smaller class sizes and smaller pools helped him focus on his teachers. The small technique changes SwimLabs instructors were able to show him with their camera system made all the difference. He went from not being able to swim 25 yards to joining a little summer swimteam in about 6 months.
I can finally swim!!! After 3 years and 10 Olympic/sprint triathlons fake swimming just to get to the bike. I can finally really swim
How kind the instructors are! Also how they engage and challenge the students. I love the convenience of location. The customer service regarding rescheduling. The great lobby and changing rooms.
Like the specific instruction, fun dynamics of Kyle the instructor. He does an amazing job of motivating the kids and implementing the lessons.
Love the staff. The water is warm and my kids can really perfect technique.
Love the staff and love seeing my daughters improvement
Jake has been wonderful with my little kids, the environment is clean and calm.
The staff is great! My daughter is progressing so much farther and faster than before we came to SwimLabs!
We have absolutely loved our childrens' experience with Swim Labs! We have two children enrolled there, and they are excited when I tell them it's "swim day"... and time to head to their lessons. My husband and I are continually impressed with their growth from week to week, with the precise techniques they are learning from their skilled teachers, and with the love of swimming they have both gained. It's been an awesome experience for our children. Thank you!!

Small class sizes. Perfect for my 4 yr old. He gets enough 1 on 1 attention and also learns from watching the other kids in his classs. There are only 3 kids in the class. So they get a lot of attention. I love it. And more importantly so does my son!
Swimlabs treats all their clients, regardless of age and ability, with the up most respect and continually offers their best training (camps and clinics) to all who are looking to take their swimming to the next level. As a swimmer starting later in life I have been extreamly thrilled and greatful for the endless opportunity Swimlabs provides me, never discriminating or withholding me because of my age. Their positivity and encouragement towards achieving my big dreams has been overwhelmingly amazing, and I couldn’t feel more blessed and thankful to have them coaching me. They sincerely want all their students to be the best swimmers they can be and have been the best addition to my support team.
My anxious 5 year old had a great experience and surprisingly wants to come back! Her instructor was great and took the time to make her feel comfortable.
Great instruction and friendly staff.
Efficient, fun
The teachers are awesome! They are silly and really interact well with my kids while both teaching them valuable skills and keeping them safe! I love that I can watch both my kids in different lessons at the same time either through the huge window or on large TVs.

Experience is a good word. As an older age grouper new to the sport of swimming for triathlons, I wasn't sure if lessons would really help. My first concern was to learn to kick. Prior to lessons when I kicked I stayed in one place or on some occasions went in reverse. Denny ( I hope that is how he spells his name) solved that on the first lesson. While frustrating I was able to complete one 25 meter kick with the board during my next swim workout. I practice the kicking technique Denny taught during every swim workout.
I now have an ever improving stroke, side to side rotation , and breathing technique.
Denny once said to me that swimming is "Controlled Drowning". Swimming has been fun ever since he spoke these words.
