What do you like about our programs and activities?

I was house-sitting for a friend in the area this weekend and wanted to get a workout or two in to get myself out of the house. I looking for morning classes and a variety of styles of classes. I was also interested in seeing certain classes close together so I could attend multiple classes in one visit to workout. I enjoy doing a harder/high-impact class first, like cardio or weights, and then rounding things out with something low-impact and more relaxing like pilates or yoga. This Y offered me that and had a great variety of classes. Although our yoga class was VERY full, the participants were friendly and made room, and the instructor was excellent.

What do you like about our programs and activities?

You mean, what do I LOVE about the Y? I love the smiling faces when you walk in the door. I love the childcare workers who love on my kids and keep them entertained while I workout. I love the classes offered. I love Misty who brings so much passion to her positions as wellness director AND instructor. I love Harmony for always smiling while instructing! I love Emilie for putting her heart into the classes.

My only feedback at this time is that I’d like to see the Northeast location grow/expand the childcare area like some other metro Atlanta locations. I guess while I have your attention, an outdoor pool like the Alpharetta location would be amazeballs too.

I love the Y! The classes are outstanding, always clean, friendly staff, and family friendly. I would recommend the Y to anyone!

I partake in Yoga, Kickboxing, Spin, TRX, all instructors are amazing.

Shout out to Tara, Darcy, Allen, Misty, and Traci. Excellent instructors!

We haven't participated in the activates yet but we will someday. We do use
the equipment everyday and it has helped with our well being. Thank you.

I appreciate how our entire family benefits from the YMCA's facilities and programs. Thankful for the community/family atmosphere. There are so many options when it comes to facility, programs, challenges, and classes for all ages and abilities.

What do you like about our programs and activities?

Misty!! The instructors are the best. Love Misty, Chuck, Emilie. We love the classes too, especially spin and boot camp. The amazing community at the Y is one of the best things about it, and the Y staffers are a big part of that.
