The childcare is incredible! I love the that the classes are current with trends and the equipment is up to date. I would love if the childcare was open at 3:30 M-F.

What do you like about our programs and activities?

Your facility seems to fit my workout expectations better than the other Y I've been using. The adult locker rooms are totally separated from the kids locker room. I've haven't been enough during my regular workout times, but planning on using this Y. I thoroughly enjoyed my workout on the elliptical and machine area for the first time in months. It was nice not to be stressed about kids (boys) running through the women's locker room and kids in general running throughout the workout area jumping from machine to machine. The atmosphere was great and the staff was very helpful in making sure I knew where everything was located. Even though it's 4 miles farther it'll be worth it if I'm not stressed working out

our focus is kid's programs so we really like all the ones offered. it's also a very safe and secure environment so a big peace-of-mind when there.

The exercise equipment, sauna, and the "Away" benefits (because I travel a lot). Also, the staff at our Y are friendly and do a great job!

My preferred cardio machine is always available. There is plenty of space for body weight exercises. There are ample free weights and machines. Love the sauna.

What do you like about our programs and activities?

The indoor arena is great for my son who wants to practice soccer indoors during our cold weather blast. My 4-year old loves the daycare and PMO program. She does better arts and crafts in PMO than in her preschool.

Wish you opened earlier on Sunday, like some of the other Metro Y's do. Also, please add more evening yoga classes!!

The Saturday mid morning class is TOO PACKED!!! Please add more class times (earlier) or make it a sign up class. 42 is a ridiculous number of people in that little room
