The program scheduling is done with all in consideration no matter what age or gender.
Nice facility, not to crowded, and great staff!
Great training instructors who provide proper technique to achieve goals. Great group fitness classes to become stronger together.
I just for the first time participated in Parents night out, and all I can say is WOW! The staff was so organized and helpful. The kids were happy in their groups and all the activities had them talking for hours about how much fun they had. Fantastic experience all around!!
Well organised
Family atmosphere
Love the circuit and boot camp classes! Wish there were more. The trainers are great and staff is friendly!
I love the way the Y reaches out across generations, to promote health and wellness for it's patrons and out into the larger community. I love the fact that I can access anyway Y in the US, just using my membership card.

The fitness center is a great place to workout. I love the camp at High Harbour. It was a great experience for our daughter. So much that she wants to go back next year for even longer than a week.
Large facility, lots of class options at many times throughout the day. Great instructors, friendly staff.
I don't avail myself of the programs and activities. I wish there were more late afternoon group cardio events (4:00 - 6:30). It seems like most of the classes are early in the day.
I like that my kids can go, too.
They like doing the cardio machines and some of the weight machines.
Like racketball.
Like ping pong.
good variety, flexible hours & clean facilities.
I like to come and ride the bicycle and do a few weight exercises.
Love the place!
Programs are great.
We are in great need of leg press machines. Thanks
I wrote a comment about this before but never got a response.
I am in recovery from anorexia, a disease I struggled with for 40 years. As you might know, the disease focuses on the loss of weight. Often this involves an obsession with over exercise. Your signs advocate losing weight through exercise for a healthy life. Often a healthy body and mind involves maintaining or even gaining weight. I would not recommend your site to someone who is struggling with body image. Wouldn’t it be better to focus on being healthy rather than tying it to weight loss. I, for one, needed to gain weight to become healthy. What message fits the needs of all your members? I don’t think you found it.
All of the YMCA employees are helpful and there is something for everyone of all ages at this YMCA.

Facility very clean. Good equipment. Honestly for me it’s the instructors. A good instructor is the key for me. I just moved to Roswell so visited this Y last Saturday and took a cycling class with Jennifer. Awesome class. Will definitely go back.
