The variety and accessibility levels.
I am a person who likes taking classes - I find it hard to self motivate myself. I love that the y offers all types of exercise choices. I also love the enthusiasm that the coaches bring to their classes.

I have recently been diagnosed with Parkinsons Disease and have been very pleased to learn about and participate in classes targeted towards clients and their families who are battling this disease.
The equipment and facilities
The gym and youth soccer.
Hatha Yoga, Yin Yoga, Stretch - very well curated and the instructors Peagati and Paula are awesome!!
The kids enjoyed their first parents night out. They also enjoyed their first time at the play center while I took an evening class last week.
Great fitness classes and excellent instructors.
The staff is very welcoming and helpful if we have questions regarding any machine and how to best use them
Plenty of programs for adults and children. Love that kids can work out with their parents or they can go to the Kids center to play.

I use the treadmill and strength training equipment. I like that you offer a full range of yoga and exercise classes for those interested and all age groups. I like that I can ask one of the Staff a question about my training if I need to. I miss the 55+ program.
I generally like your yoga classes, but would like a more challenging power yoga class, like you used to have in Wednesday mornings at 11. Would be great to have one in the evening or weekend/Friday as well.
Weekend, Friday, or evening Pilates class would be great, too.

I like how friendly the staff is and how clean the facilities are.
I mainly go the the Y for the classes. Specifically the yoga classes. I enjoy the classes and appreciate the efforts your teaches put into it. They are all great in their own way. My one complaint, is that the classes are only 45 min. Before Covid, we had both 60 and 75 minute classes. It is way past time to resume at a minimum the 60 min format. I will speak for myself only but it takes time to schedule these classes and to get to and from the Y. It would be nice to have more class for this time allotment. I’m sure you get what I’m trying to say. There are many others that feel the same. The people working the front desk are awesome as well as your teachers. Keep it up
