I am enjoying the swim aerobics and chair yoga. Due to knee injury and these 2 activities have helped me a lot.

Having the pool and great water aerobic classes. Excellent staff upstairs to assist with guidance. Enjoy the Peloton and Expresso bikes, and great motivator! All the weight machines I need. Friendly, family environment.

I wish there was a greater variety of classes offered each day. Beth is awesome. Variety and number of machines also nice.
A great variety with good instructors.
Variety of group classes that you don’t have to sign up for and a “no judgment” environment.
I enjoy the group classes, yoga, body pump, and cycling but I am still a beginner at everything, so appreciate I can start slow and work my way up. Zumba is still hard for me but I like it.
Also like all the treadmills and machines, Nice to use them whenever I can get over there.
I’m still working so some of the morning classes are a bit too early for me and evening classes get me home super late, but I still manage to make it to a few during the week. Want to join pickle ball but it’s while I’m working. Maybe have an evening session?
