Lots of programs to choose from. A lot of equipment to help w/ various strengthening exercises.
People to help you w/ how to use this equipment The walking track is a great way to do your walking especially now w/ the weather getting colder. The facility is very neat and clean which I personally appreciate. Last but not least a very friendly and helpful staff.
Love the water aerobics, wish you had a Saturday class.

Morning exercise classes are so good for me.
I am curious to try pickleball. I looked at the schedule and saw pickleball in the gym, but not a lot of info. I showed up in the gym at that time. The people there playing pickleball were very welcoming and encouraged me to jump in and learn the game. This was at the Fowler Ymca. I think the peoples names were Paige and Dave that were very very helpful!! (I had done a 2-day beginner clinic somewhere else but I had never played a game.) it would be helpful to post the best time for beginners.

I am a new resident of Peachtree Corners, Georgia. The YMCA has offered me two senior exercise classes. Also I have become part of the “COACH PROGRAM“. I am getting great information on exercises and how to use the machines. However even though , I have been to only one meeting so far is the LIFELONG LEARNERS PROGRAM As a new resident I am hoping I will become friends with some of the folks in this group or at least have interaction with folks in my same age group.
I love the body pump instructors especially Lloyd, Monica, Maureen And Virginia!!!
They make it fun and productive with a warm inviting atmosphere.

Lin Roy is an excellent yoga teacher. Being able to attend her classes is the main reason I'm a Y member.
I enjoy Pickleball and appreciate the number of opportunities to play that are offered at the Y. Paige Blair does a good job of managing the program and communicating with members.
The Lifelong Learner activity is a great way to meet and interact with people, discuss a range of topics and continue to learn new and interesting information.

Family friendly place. Amazing staff.
Childcare is good, but the only problem is that the ticket system often does not work. Please look into getting the drop-off tickets to print reliably.
