Great classes, especially Kickboxing, Boot Camp, Vinyasa Yoga, and Pilates! We need better and newer equipment, such as punching bags for the Kickboxing class. Danny, Charly, and Betel are awesome instructors!
It is a very friendly and family place to be for exercise. I have built a community since l started going there and l love it. The staffs are great and they make feel welcome.
They are accessible, the classes are challenging but allow you to go at your own pace and the community is so supportive (trainers and class goers)

Variety of activities.
Wide variety of actives
The variety of programs, the times of day and diversity for age ranges.
Group exercise classes are fun and the staff is always friendly and welcoming.
The staff are so friendly and helpful. It is a joy just to come to the facility.
Hours, multiple classes,
Water aerobics is well done. I also use the elliptical machine which are up to date and well maintained.
I like the wellness center availability and the quiet there/no music piped in.
Also I swim laps regularly in the pool.
I see other exercise classes I would enjoy being part of but am unable to do so physically.
I was sad to see the seniors program dwindle, I think even before COVID, but I understood at the time that it was due to the demands of starting up and participating in Silver Sneakers, something the Y didn't want to participate in. I am not on the Silver Sneakers plan but have wondered if maybe the Y could provide more for seniors who have not made that choice.
I noticed recently there are lap swim lanes now for folks after work, which I imagine will be a good option for new members.
And once upon a time, my children participated in sports and events at the Y, so I appreciate that aspect of a family Y.
Walk the track.
Love the peloton bikes
I love the challenging workouts and the sense of community that the Y provides.
As a SENIOR, they meet my requirements. Thr workers are GREAT. Thanks
There is a lot of variety.
You can still reserve lanes in the pool
The senior center is actually an “everyone “ center with books to take and return at leisure and be able to donate ones you have.
The staff is always working to make it even better.
Great instructors. Friendly staff. Many classes to offer for all ages.
Pickleball hours are good

I only swim, but love the pool. I have found that all of the people are really friendly.
