Staff is very friendly, greeting you as you come in and leave and there seems to be a variety of programs for cardio, yoga, and general fitness.

I love everything about your programs. I am only able to come twice a week, unfortunately - it's a little bit of a drive from Decatur for me.

Yes, I actually pass the Decatur Y in order to get to your facility. The Sandy Springs Y is clean, bright, airy, has a great variety of classes and I love the mix of ages. GREAT JOB!!!

I do have some other comments though. Why do we still need to sign up for classes? Why are the classes still only 45 minutes? I understood those protocols for the height of the pandemic but slicing 15 minutes off a group workout is REALLY significant.

Also - is there any way you all can have Body Pump added to your mix of classes? Such a great workout.

I live next door so proximity is huge. Your staff and equipment are also amazing. I feel so lucky to have access to Peleton and a warm pool that I can reserve my own laplane

What do you like about our programs and activities?

The gym area with exercise equipment is clean, bright, and wide-open. Very comfortable for a daily workout, with large choice of equipment. Also the staff are ready to help and answer questions.

I went to the YMCA for a year and enjoyed the indoor track ,the weight machines, the exercise bikes. When I took my first spinning class it changed for me
I can still remember the instructor exhorting the class " Get out of your comfort zone and what did you come here for. After feeling invigorated at that class I've been a regular at classes. I love the YMCA! The staff is great ,always welcoming and encouraging

I use only the pool for lap swimming and occasionally bring my daughter to play in the pool.

What do you like about our programs and activities?

I like the variety of activities and youth sports available at the Cowart Y. I also like the upkeep and general condition of the facility.

The Y proivdes so much more for families than a typical gym or fitness center offers. It has been a great value from Day One.
