The pooll usually has lanes (or share lane with 1 swimmer) between 5 and &:30 PM. The locker room is reasonably clean (although no one has wiped off the inside or outside of the lockers for several months--someone smeared shaving cream on several and it is still there months later. With summer coming up you might want to fix the condensers on the water fountains on the lower floor since room temp drinking water in the summer is pretty warm.
The programs that are available are reliable and have great coaches/teachers/instructors.
The facility is always clean, the staff is always friendly and helpful. The program and activity schedule is clearly posted both online and in the facility.

The tile in some of the showers in the men's room is broken, has been for awhile and dangerous. No telling how long the unit that dries wet swimsuits has been broken with the sign on it. When might it ever get fixed or replaced????

I enjoy the Barre class with Marla. It would be nice if she can teach an earlier class on the weekdays. And we need the wooden bar installed in the upper class room.

Get the peloton bikes fixed correctly and replace the warped floor tiles in the back of the free weight area(tripping hazzard). The handles to adjust bike seats are $10 bucks and are bad on all three bikes. Been that way since Christmas. Matt has to use pliers to adjust them each time and apologize for things being in disrepair. You are competing against commercial gyms who have higher rents, pay taxes and are cheaper per month. Make it feel premium if you are charging premium. :-)
