I like the classes. Yfit and Strength are my favorites, I like the timing of the class schedule, so I can come before or after work.

The staff is always responsive and very friendly. The equipment is new, in good condition and plenty of exercise machines always available.

I love the classes, the updated workout center and the team that teaches and coaches. I love my yoga classes with Claire and Norma best!

It's pretty close to work, cheaper than the office complex gym (with a pool) and I can go any of the US in the Atlanta area.
