I love the environment, the staff and trainers. Since the remodel of the Gym, it seems to flow much more better. Although I do wish they brought back the flag football again. My kids really miss it.

The Lawrenceville YMCA is such a GREAT place for the entire family! My daughters love the employees and I cannot get enough of the workout classes. The instructors are great and very personable. The facility is clean and wl kept!

Everyone is very friendly and have something for the whole family. Don’t have to wait for equipment as there are plenty to use.
Gym atmosphere is great! Group exercise programs are fun, too - spinning and dance, especially.
I loved all of the classes, the Zumba teachers were very enthusiastic, positive and encouraging. Everyone was super nice!

I love the atmosphere and the classes. Going to the YMCA is the best part of my day. I love the people, everyone is so nice and friendly. My children participate in swimming lessons, soccer, gymnastics, and basketball. My favorite group exercise class is step aerobics with Adora. She's an amazing instructor. She's the best!!!! She keeps me motivated. We have been members for 3 years and this is by far the best gym I've ever been a member of.
The great variety of fitness activities, the flexibility of the schedule, friendly and knowledgeable staff, and cleanliness of the facility and equipment. The coaching program gets five stars! Doug gave my husband and I an effective and realistic road map to reach our fitness goals and continues to encourage and advise us. Thank you YMCA!

Pool activities
It’s a great program! The YMCA attends to the need of the whole family! I have a special need Daughter and she comes for the Adaptive Swim Lesson. My oldest daughter attends the After School program and is on the Swim Team. I exercise, and attends the different programs the A wellness center has to offer. I also learned how to swim and attends the different programs the Aquatics department has to offer. The YMCA cannot be compared to a regular Fitness center. And not withstanding; the YMCA treat each member like family!!!! My family and I, are greatful to God for this amazing organization and are blessed to have the YMCA as a part of our family!! Thank you for all you do for us and the entire community!
