The cardio area and workout machines are in separate areas and away from the free weight room.
The whirlpool and steam room are great.
There are so many possible activities to choose from.
For me, the best things about the programs/activities are 1) the staff (friendly and welcoming), 2) the instructors (who are helpful and make me feel welcome in the class even though I'm a rank beginner), 3) the facility (which is clean and well-maintained), and 4) the other members (who are nice people).

There are so many great fitness classes offered with great instructors! My husband and I joined because of the Parkinson’s classes offered that he participates in... sometimes I do too! It’s a fantastic program that we’re so thankful for! Also, there are plenty of nice weight and cardio machines to use. All staff are friendly and helpful!
I like that fact that while I am getting a good workout I am also meeting a lot of nice people. It is like having another family. If you miss a day they worry about you

I like the wide range of offerings and that the vast majority are available under the one fee. Childcare sent me to the Y many years ago. I keep coming back for the classes and equipment and the people.
