I like the different classes that you offer. Also, I really like how the instructors work with you and make you feel comfortable in every class.

Very family friendly environment. I am glad my 13 year old feels like she can fit in there. Other gyms feel like an adult only environment. Y has a welcoming atmosphere. We also like the wide range of options available. Lots of classes throughout the day are available.

Activities are a lot of fun, gym is great and coach approach program is great.

A great facility, accommodating and friendly staff. It’s always a pleasant experience to visit a clean and well maintained gym.

There are a lot of classes to choose from daily.

I use workout facility and have an interest in some of the classes if I can work it into my schedule The people there are extremely nice and if needed very helpful. I have been coming for years but due to life changes have not been able to come back until recently and plan to continue.

The cleanliness of the wellness centers are superb. The strict adherence to the no- phone -call policy in the gyms offers such a serene atmosphere. Lastly, the ergonomics of the leg extension machine let's me work out without knee pains unlike other gyms I sometimes visit.
Being able to work out while they take care of your toddler is an absolute blessing.

The programs are many and varied. They are geared to different age groups and taught by competent instructors. Everyone is friendly and helpful at the Y!
