I love the wellness like the sauna and steam room
Large weight resistance area with lots of equipment in good condition. Lots of treadmills and other cardio machine. Nice basketball courts, pickleball, indoor track. A pool. My husband and I use the sauna and jacuzzi almost every time. We wish the steam room were working more. Friendly staff. Good hours. Group classes. Plenty of parking. What more could you want?

I enjoy my water aerobics classes as well as my gerifit stretch classes. People are friendly and I do feel better after my excercises. The facility is clean and the only issue lately is the steam room isn’t working. It would also be great if the temperature in the water was consistent. Lately it has been agreeable but there have been other times the water is too cold to enjoy a class. The instructor for the gerifit class is patient and give us a variety of ecercises to perform allowing for our limitations. I hope I will be able to continue my consistency through the winter months.
