I use the indoor pool at the East Lake Y and enjoy the facility very much . The aquatic staff are excellent!!

I like the idea that I’m able to complete two activities that I enjoy as exercise. Those activities are swimming and yoga.

Senior cardio and strength classes with Linda Rosser is a fantastic class. I love it! Also water aerobics classes with Alfreda is a wonderful class also.

I really only use the gym and I like the variety of exercise classes. I haven’t taken any classes yet but would like to.

I love that the gym is used by people of all ages.. Really enjoy the indoor track and the weight room. Employees are helpful and friendly. Good variety of classes.
