What do you like about our programs and activities?

Friendly, no nonsense place to exercise. I use the lap pool and the spinning classes and love both.

I would say the locker rooms could use a refresh, but I'm happy overall.

I have recently only been able to use the machines and not take any classes. What I love about my YMCA are the wonderful cheerful helpful delightful people who work there and make my Y a happy place to visit.

What do you like about our programs and activities?

I like the fact that there are so many different programs that target so many different groups of people. Specialties for each body type, stage in life, and format.

I also love the kind, warm, family-like environment.

Alfreda does a great job with the 6 am Tues and Thursday interval class....
Over a year ago the pool staffing was funky with never opening at the same time (life guard may or may not show up on time). I was glad when the pool opened at 5:30a so you have time to swim and then go to work.

It's close proximity to my house and the staff is always friendly! I enjoy working out on your update equipment and will start looking at classes to take in the near future.
