There are a lot of group classes to choose from and lots of work-out machines. I think it's fantastic that there's a pool and childcare even though I don't use either. I haven't been at the busiest times but I've never had to wait for a machine. The folks who work there are all so friendly, approachable and nice and the clientele, respectful.

I like the variety of health and wellness programs and activities that are available for all ages and ethnic groups. The Y is welcoming to all and the Y has served the communities that needed health and wellness the most for decades.

The gym is clean and welcoming. Angie's Zumba class is awesome! One of my favorite features is also the dry sauna.

What I like about the schedule exercise class is that they starts on time. if the instructor is not going to be there there is a substitute instructor.
