I come for the yoga classes but, I like the idea of having options.
I enjoy the workout equipment and classes. Beginners Pickle Ball court time, and conditioning classes. The young man on Saturday mornings (I think his name is Samuel) is exceptional. He is always, engaged, polite, professional, and friendly. He patiently helped with learning how to use the equipment and offered helpful advice and encouragement. He is an asset to your staff.

I love the fact that you have activities that accommodate seniors. I especially enjoy the water aerobics with Ms. Sherill. She is warm, kind and makes you feel you can do anything. The possibilities are limitless. The welcoming staff is amazing. I can come in with the stress of the day and their smiles just wipes it all away. Y’all are like family.

Weight room. You need to have more machines for women’s fat areas. Everything is for men and we just have to improvise
The facility is so clean and there usually is not a wait for the ellipticals when I come mid-day. It’s an open light space and relaxing to come (no blaring music, etc)
