Yoga!
Barre fusion is an amazing class and Jenn T is a fabulous instructor. I go to classes like 2-3 times per week since July and I am happy to report I have lost like 5 lbs and gained a lot of muscle tone. It has been the best decision to start coming to this Y regularly.

I dont think the organized sports are organized at all but I love the facility. Use it to work out on my own. Wish the hours were better tho…longer hours on the weekends please!

I would like to see a beginning Pilates class again.....not in the early morning.

I like that everything is clean- what I don’t like is that Sunday 1:00 Pilates has over 32 people in the room and many are not signed up so it’s constantly beyond the limit of people- Sunday Oct 29th there was a ‘medical’ emergency with one of the participants- so Sally( who assisted ) saw and attest how over crowded the room is- If sign up is not honored why have it? If anyone can show up for a class it diminishes the space - over crowded classes without anyone monitoring it is the one thing that makes the Y experience poor to me

I don't participate in programs and activities at the Y. I go for workout on the elliptical and weight machines. I enjoy going and appreciate the warm and supportive environment.

Lilia’s classes are AMAZING!!! Her fierce funk classes are the most fun you can have doing cardio and her barre classes will get you into shape!!!!!!
Activities and facilities are both fantastic.
The Y is very mindful of the age appropriateness, development, and senior support. And I love Sally our wellness coach!
I love the Y!! I am so grateful for the instructors as well as the facilities. I look forward to classes every week and I love the weight room and pool too.
