Julian and Marilyn are excellent team members. They are always professional and cordial. The entire front-desk staff and swim instructors are fantastic. Open swim always has lanes available and members are always gracious in allowing me to share a lane with them. The women's locker room is always very clean and supplies are stocked.

There is a variety of programs available for seniors. The instructors are excellent snd understand the significance of addressing programs to match the audience. Maheen Rae is always looking to improve and offer additional programs. She is passionate about the senior programs. Maura, Elaine and Jay are amazing instructors. My wife and I enjoy and look forward to attending classes and they have proven beneficial to maintaining our health as we age.
Lap swimming
Fantastic aquatics facility with serious swimmers!! Very safe and motivating environment. Great hot tub and sauna. Spacious locker room with plenty of showers.
1 tye best in georgia however it had flying things near water.
I love the variety of programs at the Carl. E. Sanders YMCA. . Although we are not able to use all of the programs I think they Y is doing a great job with offering a lot of options.
The classes and instructors!
I normally go to the McClesky Y but this location is my backup when I’m working in town. I mainly use the aerobic equipment and track and always have a great of experience.
I enjoyed the exercise machines. Also steam room and Whirlpool.
Love senior strength class and all instructors are great.
