Love the senior strength, restorative yoga, and ALL dance classes! Instructors are terrific! Really miss the gentle yoga class that used to be offered twice a week in the morning: wish that could resume. And while it was nice that tai chi was offered for a while, it was not taught in the traditional way of stringing all the moves into a flowing sequence of moves, which would be preferable, if offered again.

The instructors of the classes that i have gone to at Carl Sanders YMCA have been excellent, professional, personable, and they all cue well.
I have only been a member for one month and I am loving the Pickleball!

Every Thing The Perfect Place To work Out
We love everything about the YMCA. The range of class offerings is great and we appreciate the classes for active seniors. We also use the indoor track to walk when the weather is not nice. We have also played pickle ball and use the weight room. We have also enjoyed the people we’ve met at the Y and have enjoyed re-connecting with old friends. The teachers are excellent and I especially love Dance Party with Joanie!
I love that I can go to the gym and work out any time of day and there are so many classes for all ages and fitness levels, especially in the mornings.

I love the variety of classes offered and the top notch instructors. I think there is opportunity with the booking software only allowing 24hrs in advance and with how quickly classes fill up. There is rarely availability for same day reservations.
Cleanliness of facilities
Ana has been great — so glad we (finally!) did the Coach Approach program!
The senior work out program is wonderful as they let you move at your own pace,and they give you alternate exercises if your knees or back or vertigo is bothering you. it’s also a great social meeting. One associate gave me a diagnosis for my condition. He was right; and I’d been every doctors office you can imagine over many years. The YMCA has been a life saver, not to mention i played tennis at the Y for 20 years and loved it. i had my knee replaced, and the Y’s water aerobics glass kept me in shape until i could play tennis again. They are also very responsive to the membership, like we told them regular yoga was too much for us physically. They started an adult sofa class they call gentle yoga. They are a great group.
I do my own program right now and I enjoy people at the club, thanks and keep up the good work!
I joined a few weeks ago. It seems there are so many more activities than I imagined. As well, more staff support than I had contemplated. Very welcoming on boarding experience. Good vibes, Great atmosphere.

Clean workout and pool areas. Generally professional in staff and appearance.
I miss having internet access on the video monitors at the treadmill units.
I've been away for some time and must adjust to the many changes made over the past year.
That's not a criticism, it's just a fact. I'd love once again to be able to access workout music without having to bring my own iPod or iPhone.
