What do you like about our programs and activities?

You are very convenient to my house.
Usually, I am able to get whatever machines I need without a wait.
Administrators take care of broken equipment.
Parking is very convenient.

On the negative side, you need a better check-in system. Cards get lost and require time and attention from the staff. Maybe a simple sign in sheet would work. Or perhaps, tell staff your name and they look you up on their computer.

Everything! I love the spin classes the most . The whole facility is amazing with a wonderful staff ( please please get a few more Peleton bikes .. the one bike is becoming hard to get !)

The variety of activities and the scheduling makes it easy to attend at different times of the day or week.
The instructions appear to enjoy their jobs and wants the patron to benefit from taking their classes.

The outdoor pool is so great and accessible for little ones! Paired with great tennis courts makes it a great weekend afternoon destination for our family

There is a variety of classes with an encouraging staff. I am new to class work outs and they are not intimidating as I imagined they would be.

I like the diversity of offerings, although I do not get any notifications via email and I do not check the website. A schedule sent by email would be convenient.
