I go swimming everyday and love it. It’s my zen time and the Y has the perfect pool for that.

The childcare is amazing, Meme Kennedy in the childcare has been an angel to my children.

While I tend to focus on individual training programs and activities, leveraging the diversity and availability of equipment, group activities are there for the taking! For me, the spin class offerings are great in terms of availability and instructors. Thanks for asking.

What do you like about our programs and activities?

i love the Pilates classes and instructors. I do wish there were group classes offered in the afternoons. I am a teacher and have a hard time making it to early morning classes and evening classes. A class at 3 or 4 pm would be great!!

Love the childcare facility here! My kids have a great time and I'm able to get in a great workout with peace of mind knowing they are being well looked after and having fun! We've just recently joined so can't wait to participate in more programs and activities.

I've only been a few times but so far I've enjoyed the classes. I would like to see another Hatha Yoga class offered in the evening if that is at all possible. I've enjoyed your spin teachers.

What do you like about our programs and activities?

I like the warm and inviting atmosphere of your staff members. In addition, I enjoy having various activities to choose and select from. My favorite thus far is the yoga class and fitness center. I do plan to reach out to the water aerobics classes.

We are very happy with the senior exercise classes my husband and I have been taking since early January 2019. Very helpful and 45 minutes is the right length of time for us !

My fitness counselor, Octavious, was very knowledgeable & helpful.
He highlighted programs & activities that he felt would be good for me. I have many choices.

What do you like about our programs and activities?

The Sanders YMCA is great! The staff are very knowledgeable and friendly - supporting health, fun and learning. The facilities are perfect for the great variety of classes and wellness workouts. The daily trivia question puts a smile on all our faces. Thank you!!
