I love the group exercise classes offered and that I have access to the pool and walking/running track, as well as the outdoor pool.
I, especially, found Janice's Restoration Yoga class most beneficial. She is very knowledgable in providing the member exercises to benefit healing and that aids in restoring a problematic muscle area. I saw improvements in myself by being in her class.

Place is getting a little messy in the men's locker room, towels everywhere. Need signs to put towels in used bin!!
I don't use many programs. But the gym is clean and the towels are such a great bonus. But the best part of the gym is the staff. Everyone is so friendly!
