Strong by Zumba, Zumba, yoga classes all the equipments and the trainers.

What do you like about our programs and activities?

I love everything about the Y. However, my issue is a safety one. We really need a light to help with traffic. A traffic light coming in and out of the Y. Also, a light coming onto Moore mill Rd. Traffic at this spot is super heavy. Please a traffic light, before someone gets seriously hurt.

Sally White is the best part of the Carl Sanders YMCA! Thank you, Sally! She's a great motivator and personal trainer. I would not have joined the YMCA if it weren't for Sally. Thank you for getting me started on a life of healthy moving!

What do you like about our programs and activities?

We have been members of the ymca for 12 years and it is one of the best investments for your health and your family. The workout facilities are top notch and the childcare workers really care about my children. The outdoor pool is a plus with the zero entry for toddlers and the slide for the older kids. The ymca has been a place of respite for me as a mother in so many ways. I highly recommend!

I really like how many classes you offer early in the morning (before 7 am). It allows me to workout and get home before my husband leaves for work.
