the employees are clearly trained and incentivized to be helpful and solve any members problem/question. This is very refreshing, so many employees now view their goal is to get you to the next person or get you to give up/leave. I've gotten in the habit of doing things myself because in general people have been unhelpful. It is GREAT that this isn't the case at the Buckhead Y.

Convenient to home, careful about Covid protocols

The flexibility for the family in term of membership during the pandemic has been much appreciated.
Friendly staff, good attention to safety and hygiene, pool (my main activity) clean, bright and run well with new scheduling system - much less chaos with this system.

It is a pleasuré going to this ymca. Good to unwind and get healthy but I miss the steam room & sauna, PLEASE OPEN those 2 SOON.

The Y staff is consistently pleasant and helpful. In this pandemic, this Y has also operated their gym and facilities in the safest way possible which also is much appreciated!
I was Chairman of the Board when the current property was purchase and when the facility opened. Check the flagpole. How quickly people forget.

The unequalled facilities and the royal treatment every member gets. The staff could not be more professional and helpful within the established protocols, which they also politely enforce.
