What do you like about our programs and activities?

The ability to reserve swim lanes. That the Y is open early and late. Open 7 days a week. Nice, helpful staff. Good positive members. Excellent teachers in the Group classes!

What do you like about our programs and activities?

Love senior strength with Maura. She is always well prepared and gives us such varied workouts. None have been repeated since I began in March. She understands seniors and knows what we need. She’s a treasure. Also, Sally introduced me to the wellness gym and worked out a routine for me. She was thoughtful and helpful. I appreciate her preparation of me each time I work out.

There are a lot of machines. The outdoor pool is great. Being a senior citizen and living only off ss, they worked with me in finding a fee I could afford.

I love group exercise classes in the evenings. They help me stay on track with my fitness goals, and keep things interesting. I appreciate the cleanliness of the facilities, and all of the different equipment available to use.
