The Springs YMCA has a wide variety of activities for all members of the family and is open at convenient hours that will accommodate your own personal workouts. It is great to see the number of people of all ages who are taking advantage of this great facility and keeping it a vibrant part of the community. We have taken advantage of the Yoga Classes and will be looking at attending other classes in the future. The new lap pool is a great addition and there is hardly a time when you can't find a lane to swim in and the lap swimmers at the Y are always good about sharing a swim lane with a fellow swimmer.
The quality and diversity of the programs and their instructors. I have a personal trainer who is wonderful.
I love the yoga class I attend that is taught by Sonya Cantu. I wish there was more space and yoga tools available. Yoga is so good for the overall health body , mind , and spirit
The coaches and instructors are very knowledgeable and kind to my children. Facilities are clean and someone is always around to help.
I love the fact that whenever you walk in the door someone say Hi How are you? It really makes you feel welcome and at home.
Annette's active older adults classes are THE BEST! I hate exercise and yet I love going to her classes. In fact I hate to miss a class.... and that is a huge accomplishment.
The facility is so clean and doesn't have that " sweaty" gym smell...
The outside pool is FABULOUS!
Senior classes
They are consistent and offer a variety of choices.
The water aerobics program is excellent. The classes are interesting, diverse, well planned and fun! I’m pleased with the progress I’ve made in my flexibility, toning and fitness.

Swim classes are great & always having an adult lane available is awesome!

Available and reasonably priced sessions that can address every age and ability. Love the positive attitudes that will motivate the reluctant to better themselves.
Very well organized. The staff is very caring and professional. The staff enjoys being there and going the extra mile for the kids, coaches, and families.
Staff is always friendly and eager to help. Love all the group fitness classes and equipment is always clean and in great shape.

Laid back, friendly staff
The amount of different programs offered and the equipment is usually all in working order. I have a personal trainer and she is wonderful. I have worked with her for a year now and have come such a long way in building up my strength, flexibility and balance.

Personal training is truly personal! Focuses on where I am and where I want to go. Provides positive feedback on major- and minor- accomplishments and makes me want to keep going!
