I swim laps in the indoor pool and appreciate the reservation system. We do need more hours and days for lap swimming.

I really like the senior strong
I love Springs YMCA especially the available classes such as Body Pump, Zumba and Body Fit. People are also really friendly and it feels like a community.
I am unfortunately a working person so I am not able to attend morning classes but otherwise would love to have a Body Combat/Zumba/ Cardio Dance classes added in the evenings. I tried the Body Combat class in Southwest Thursday evenings and love it.

There are so many programs available as well as top notch workout machines that there is something for everyone at the Y. Also, a great staff always willing to help!
Love the schedule classes and supportive friendly instructors! Ease of use of app. Diverse ages and motivations and warmth of the people using the Y!
Such a feeling of belonging and community. Love the pickle ball class -and play. It’s just a pleasant happy environment to keep the body moving !
There are so many different options and times to choose from. I'm not a typical gym person and I feel comfortable at the Y trying new things and improving my health and wellness journey.

You have a wide variety of programs. Pre pandemic there were a lot more choices of times and it was easier to register. I very much like the aqua exercise programs but it is very difficult to find a slot with an open space.
Aqua aerobics
Would really appreciate if the treadmills could be spread out a bit! If someone is sweating hard next to you, the sweat gets on you and your treadmill next to them. Even spreading them out a couple of inches would be helpful and less gross!
The outdoor pool and masters swim class have vaulted my health and fitness levels to new heights!

Basketball
The staff are awesome - especially Karen and all the lifeguards, especially Rebecca. The grounds and buildings are spotless. The pools are beautifully maintained. The apps - newest and previous are user friendly and communication about events or closures are always timely.
Plus, their t shirts rock!
The Y should become the first place people think of when considering gym memberships. The Y truly pays it forward.

We like the instructors and that the programs are a good duration. 30-55 minutes is good and doesn’t take up a lot of time.
