Gentle Yoga
Brenna is wonderful. She is friendly and "stretches" us at the same time. She is perfect for me in her teaching mannerisms. She explains in a calm repetitive, consistent manner.
Swimming and Yoga classes are a great way to meet people. A good way to learn from the other swimmers and yoga class attendees. Many thanks to each of them.

I like the variety of programs offered. Each facilitator offers her/his own strengths and unique workout. I like instructors who have varied programs. I am sure others like the same routine weekly. On M,W, F, I can find some program I like and at a time I can attend.
Everything! Springs YMCA staff and facilities are the best. Especially the Aquatics Department and the lifeguards. Front Desk staff are awesome as well!

Instructors are knowledgeable, fun, and seem to genuinely care for students. Erin keeps her spin classes engaged and her communication with the class is great.

The Springs Family Y. M. C. A. provides opportunities for all ages. I personally enjoy utilizing the outdoor heated pool for my daily workout. It provided me with friends and acquaintances that led me to joining and helping to organize a book club. I also joined a mahjong group. It has connected me to many things too numerous to mention here. I am grateful.
I’ve primarily used the weight room and the spin classes. My wife uses the pool and spin classes mostly.

I like the water exercises and instructors all especially Laura Reardons class. Good work out and good fellowship with other partcipants.

Absolutely love the senior classes. The instructors are great! They are very well informed and provide great insight into the importance of exercise. Modifications are always given.
I like the variety of programs allowing me to change my workouts periodically. Also, because I practice yoga, I appreciate the regular full schedule available.

The Springs YMCA has really great instructors for group exercise classes. I appreciate the variety of kids programs you offer at affordable prices. I also really appreciate all the community activities you provide at the branches. Some of our favorites are the Christmas cookie party and the Easter Eggstravaganza. But I also appreciate the little activities like the leprechaun hunt near St Patricks day or the cold plunge on New Years Day.

Expansive facility, large weight room (which is mainly what I use), nice pools, basketball court, etc. something for everyone. The front desk staff is extraordinarily friendly and being greeted by them in the early morning hours is always a wonderful pick-me-up.
