My family always has a great time at the YMCA!
There is a variety of group exercises and programs that are attended by a diverse group of people. The staff is very courteous and the facility is always clean.
Could you look into adding a deadlift platform?
There are several great choices for retirees with some very caring committed teachers. Would like to have some Tuesday/Thursday options as well. It would also be great if there were classes that focused on strengthening for arthritis.
Group exercise programs. Great instructors, ton of options! Do need to add bars around the Barre Fit room. Big classes and not enough bar space. The portables are not safe.
I love Zumba with Megan on Sundays at 3:00 pm

Lovely facility, friendly helpful staff, and inclusive pricing that opens and programs activities to more individuals and families. I feel like the YMCA is part of the community and is a warm, welcoming place for people of all abilities, incomes, cultures and walks of life. Proud to be a new member!
The Variety of otions for exercise classes for seniors, water classes and a great pool
I love Rebecca's yoga classes and perhaps if my schedule allows join in her nia class that everyone is raving about. I would like to try to water aerobics as well. The inside track is great too. My grandkids love the outside pool and play area. Phil gives provides a great zumba workout.

I like everything but Mostly the youth sports and swim. / convenient and affordable.
I like the variety of activities!! I mostly partake in the yoga classes but I know I can always try something different when I want. The Southwest is a clean, bright community!

Arthritis Aqua Instructor Joyce and other participants are friendly and helping.
The Y is a genuinely inclusive organization. It actually values people as they are, rather than presenting an airbrushed facade. It's about health and wellness, family and charity, not appearances and profit. I feel welcome at the Y: we play hoops and we're black, white, Latino, Asian - men and women able to come together on common ground with mutual respect for each other and love of the game. This diversity is what our country is about, and any organization that appeals to the Gospel ought to remember to proactively live this truth; the Y does, in my opinion, and should actively seek to do so even more.
