Rocky is an amazing teacher and her classes are just right! People of all levels can go to her class and never get bored.

The programming is diverse, there are activities for everyone no matter your preferences. I also like the diversity of the members in terms of age, ethnicity and race -- it's reflective of of the city and the country.

Program variety, and participant diversity are very appealing. I would very much like to see a mid level yoga class on Thursdays at 8:45 or 9.

What do you like about our programs and activities?

I like the weight room (free and the machines), the spin room, and the outdoor pool. All are clean, well equipped, and although the weight machine area can be a bit full right after work, I never have to wait for a machine because at least one of the things I have left to do will always be available. Off hours and on weekends the crowd level is very comfortable (ie not very crowded). The locker rooms are also very adequate and well maintained, and the staff is friendly.

I like that it is a quiet atmosphere, no blaring music. Its very clean and modern. There is lots of machines and areas to work out.

Child care is incredible! We love the ladies and they are so loving and wonderful with our children!
