Fantastic instructors. The men's locker room is clean and kept in excellent condition.
So far, I’m still exploring my free week of classes. My first class with Kristen at the Rockridge studio was fantastic. The pace was a little fast, but I was able to hang in there. I love the location, the studio is clean and it’s great to offer a free week to give Potential members a chance to experience different classes.

I love Yoga Sculpt. The most satisfying all-body workout in 60 minutes. The instructors are amazing, the community is inspiring and the flow of the class is perfect!
