Love the instructors and variety of styles. Berkeley has a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
It’s a beautiful space with plenty of air conditioning. I don’t like the Rockridge facility because there’s no air conditioning in the women’s changing room even though I live closer to the Rockridge core power. This class was great and Heather was awesome as usual.

Really like the studio experience, so clean, smells nice, lighting is nice - just a treat to come to class at this studio. I also have had great instructors every time - no need to just follow one person.

Easy and efficient check in experience. Good class. Only issue I had was unrelated to the class or studio itself but apparently an idiot criminal broke into my piece of cr*p car while I was in the yoga class and put a piece of broken glass in the passenger seat so I am rating it a 9.

I would like to emphasize that Olga is the reason I am back practicing yoga after about a year and a half of a hiatus. The way Olga teaches has allowed me to want to be more disciplined in my yoga practice. I feel like I’m in ballet class learning proper form for every move, especially the correct ways to transition from one pose to another. I respect the way Olga teaches and brings such a wonderful and amazing vibe and energy. By the end of the class everyone is sharing awesome energy.
I loved getting a cool towel at the end of my workout and I loved the encouraging messages by Janelle.

Well, I love being surrounded by hot black men, the showers are a nice touch, and overall, it's just a vibe. I leave feeling grounded and powerful and I am so grateful for the space. Thank you.

I love Emeryville the issue that I’m having right now though is body odor and I don’t know if there’s some type of signs you can put around to remind people that it is a hot space and you’re very close to people if that continues to happen I feel like I’m gonna have to cancel my membership. Also going to Rockridge I took a 7 PM class I believe a few weeks ago and when I’m in the class early, trying to relax and stretch. I’d appreciate it if the instructors weren’t talking crap about other instructors while people are trying to relax that’s extremely frustrating and it was a terrible class Because that’s at the stage for the class
