The classes are great and the location is pretty convenient. Parking is pretty easy and there's a lot of classes to choose from.

Warm teacher and challenging

Lexi was the most the amazing Sculpt instructor! Literally best I've ever taken with. Precise, grounded, motivating, and got the best workout ever.

I wish she could come to DC.

Easiness of walking in and going to a class

Love the variety of classes at Core Power. I just wish that the Marina Core Power im San Francisco offered more
variety of classes. I’m new to yoga and was really looking forward to going to C1 classes at CP. Unfortunately the classes offered at the CP closest to me only offers C1 classes in the middle of the day on weekends. I cancelled my black tag membership because it was of no use to me. I hope there are more Core Powers popping up in more locations in the Bay Area in the near future.

Clean facilities, prifessional and courteous staff. You guys are great!

Alina is incredibly kind. We could tell she was a newer teacher and just needs a little more time to get her confidence up. She is approachable and knowledgeable. We would absolutely seek her out on the schedule. The newer layout of the CPY studio is odd ~ the sculpt students were lining the door and made it a little difficult to get out of the room.

Consistency

Best workout, friendly teachers and reasonably priced. Just wish you could figure out the bathroom / changing room situation. Even putting up a curtain for women’s group changing would make SUCH a difference. Note, this isn’t enough for me to avoid singing your praise, but is a bit annoying :)

Amazing class

The Yoga teacher was awesome and attentive. The space was nice, clean and warm. All the staff was welcoming.

Shannon taught an amazing yoga sculpt class! I loved her teaching style and music. It was the perfect way to start the week!

I like the instructor, the building

I felt very welcomed when I first walked in. The facilities are really clean and nice and I love the music in the studio. The instructors are great. I like the fact that the yoga is straight forward and athletic, not hippy dippy. The heat is a bit shocking, but my body seems to like it afterwards. I will definitely purchase a membership after my free week ends.
