I had good service at the Bradford location (until it shut down...unfortunate), and now twice at the Newmarket Leslie St. location. The chain is smart enough to have my preferences saved and accessible at any location. Staff has always been friendly and engaging. Only minor complaint: I purposely rotate my chair in order to view the mirror (I'm not much of a sports person - I'm there for the cut), and staff tends to rotate me back towards the TV.
The people and the service is top shelf!
