Client Testimonials
Good instructors, nice environment!
the instructors and the space itself are always so welcoming and friendly. I love hot yoga but am not the best practitioner - I can't do some of the harder things at all...
But I never see the young instructors look at me and think, 'oh, great - here's this old person'. I think we should get more olds involved in yoga - they're intimidated to try it but it really helps those aches, pains, movement limitations, posture - so many things...
oh, and have met the owner a couple of times - she's so outgoing and friendly as well!
It's very difficult!
Great instruction, there is no pushing our limits physically by the instructor. In the past I had an instructor from a different place pull my arm back who didn’t know my history or prior injuries or my profession (neurology) so I came to Salt because the instructors are very aware of individual growth varying and they coach you through different alternative moves when they see you struggle. Salt is the best.
The People!!! I love the Salt Family!!!
The staff and environment was friendly, and not judgy feeling, as I am a beginner.
Kristi was just amazing!
Great instructors, music and organized facility.
Salt is the best yoga studio I have ever attended. I have done Yoga all over the world and Salt is the most welcoming accepting studio ever. Great teachers, great vibe, just a great experience every time.
Excellent instruction, great music
I love the Wednesday morning Holy Yoga! It's so peaceful and restorative. The verses Kelley shares and her "deep dive" questions help me emotionally process whatever I'm facing that day. I've been so encouraged and refreshed each time I've gone. Thank you so much!!
Location, space, various and many times for classes offered throughout day.
Instructor and music was great!
I like everything about SALT! Yoga is the focus and practitioners are encouraged to work at their desired level - free of judgment. Nothing is fake or forced. I can FEEL the love pouring out of the hearts of the awesome instructors and the reception of this love creates an ambience of welcoming warmth. The heat is perfect, distraction is nonexistent and the restorative posture is never skipped or rushed at the end of practice. You’re free to stay or go get on with your day. It feels like belonging to a church where they tell the truth and speak the Word! NEW YOGA HOME. Ten thumbs up!
Great studio. Knowledgeable teachers. Challenging classes. Aesthetically pleasing. Ease of scheduling classes. Great merchandise. Would LOVE if you had showers. And/or another location in South Tulsa. Thank you!!
I was able to connect with others that also love yoga. I had a great full body class with positive energy and results
You carry Jade yoga mats
I always leave each class in a positive mindset with good energy flowing through my body. Thank you SALT team!

Everything❤️❤️❤️
Great instruction and overall practice.
My first time for Hot Yoga and it was fabulous!
Felt the heat and the benefits from my session.
Will definitely do it again!
Location, music, yoga!
Enjoyed the early morning flow.
I love Rachel's sculpt classes - my abs were "good" sore for 3 days! I wish she taught this more than 2x/week.
Great instruction - I’ll be back!
The Holy Yoga was a great intro to your studio. Thank you for the free class!
The location and facilities are great. There's a nice mix of instruction from teachers with various skill levels and experience. I've been going for years and always thought the spaces are too close together if the room is full. I understand it's a small studio and SALT only has one location you have to maximize revenue in this high inflation capitalistic economy. But removing one spot in each row would give students room to practice without bumping each other and not limit what poses the instructors can teach. I would rather you raise your already high prices even higher to promote comfort since you're catering to the elite of Tulsa anyway.
