We have been going to this store for years and have been very, very satisfied with the staff and the work they do. Randy runs a decent shop and has never attempted to upsell anything just for the sake of making more dollars. For comparison, when I have gone to the local dealership, you would think my vehicles were about to fall apart and wouldn't make it through the week without the highest level of services. That being said, Randy has pointed out some issues without pressing us for his shop to fix and was just keeping us informed of a potential problem. I appreciate his, and his staff's, assistance in our vehicle's maintenance. I have been taking my '99 jeep to him for regular maintenance for over 150,000 miles and have yet to have any issues due to improper service from his shop.
